Are the coaches assigned fixed weekly?
The individual coach assigned to you per week may vary, however, rest assured that all our coaches are trained and qualified to execute the required drills for the relevant class levels. As an additional safeguard, our CEO and Coach Xiao Ming is always present to ensure training is consistent with our service offerings
What is our ratio between coaches and trainees?
The ratio is capped at a maximum of 6 trainees per coach
What happens if I am unable to attend a class?
As per our policy, each trainee is entitled to 1 free rescheduling of class per month. In the event you are unable to make it for your regular training slot, do drop us a message at +65 9449 0925 and we'll help you with the rescheduling of the make-up class (only within the same month).
Should you have to miss training for an extended period of time due to reasons such as injury, overseas travel etc, but would like to continue training with us upon your return, do note that we cannot guarantee your place in the same time slot. However, we will try our best to accommodate your requests
I require a refund, what should I do?
Refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis. Do let us know the reasons for your refund request and give us some time to process it.
How is payment collected?
Course fees are paid monthly through Paynow or Bank Transfer. You will receive an invoice from us with the amount to pay. UEN: 201905134N
I would like to change a coach. Would this be possible?
You may request to change a coach for Private Classes. However, for group classes, it would be subject to existing capacity. Should you wish to do so, we would love to hear your feedback so that we can improve our training environment for everyone
As mentioned above, all our coaches are qualified to execute our training programs and overall progress is monitored by Coach Xiao Ming
